Illegal settlement expansion_ Israeli army says it is necessary for security

The video report contains the following violations:

• International law, primarily the Fourth Geneva Convention, prohibits an occupying power from transferring parts of its own civilian population into the territory it occupies. The Israeli deny that they transfer their people. They even transfer foreigners into the West Bank
• International law considers the weaponization of settlements for political use a war crime.
• International law prohibits using security measures to benefit the occupying power's population at the expense of the occupied population.
