The Israeli leadership, including members of its organization structure and members of affiliating and or assisting entities, are a war belligerent in Gaza, and 'occupying' belligerent in the West Bank since 1967, as they never lifted the declaration of war announced by the then-prime minister Levy Eshkol. International law, particularly the Fourth Geneva Convention, prohibits the expulsion of protected persons from occupied territory, making individual or mass forcible transfers illegal.
